Shipping Information

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS, depending on weight and destination of your package.  

A signature is requested for the following destinations:

  • All businesses.
  • Residential addresses with an apartment number or suite number.
  • Orders over $250.

If your order meets these circumstances, please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. If you wish to have the signature waived, please select the "waive the signature" checkbox during checkout (located under Shipment Method). Please note, if you chose to waive signature, our responsibility ends once the package has been shipped.

Tracking:
When ordering, please supply an email address. You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped. If tracking information shows your order as delivered, but you have not received your merchandise, please let us know as soon as possible. Claims of non-receipt must be made within 5 days of parcel delivery. 

FYI: We use customers e-mail addresses only for the purposes of contacting you with shipment information, and order verification. You will only receive special offers and promotions via e-mail if you have opted in via the checkbox in the checkout process. We respect your privacy, and will never disclose your information to any other party.   

Additional Shipping Fees:
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order to ensure it has been entered correctly. Customers are responsible for shipping fees incurred due to the provision of an inaccurate address. These fees include return to sender, redirect, and re-shipment charges.

Sales Tax: 
Sales tax will apply to products being shipped within the state of Tennessee. For all other destinations sales tax will not be collected.
