We take great pride in carrying the best products on the market today, yet sometimes when a product is delivered, it is not what you had in mind when you ordered it. Cutlery, in particular, is a matter of "feel" and for this reason we are very lenient with returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your unused items for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund. We will do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied.
Please note, if there are no product defects or errors and you simply do not want the item that you ordered, then the amount Knife Merchant spent shipping your item(s) will not be refunded. Cancellation requests should be made as quickly as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge until the order is processed. Once an order has been processed for shipping cancellation will incur a 15% restocking fee. We are unable to cancel an order once the parcel has left our facility.
Within 90 days from the date of purchase, you can return any unused items with their original packaging intact. After 90 days, please give us a call at (858) 578-9007 or send an email to email@example.com. We are unfortunately unable to accept the returns of any used products. If products are unused, but returned with incompete, or damaged packaging your refund will be processed less a 15% restocking fee. Your satisfaction is our primary goal and we will always work with customers to ensure their needs are met.
How to Process a Return with KnifeMerchant.com:
- Please download and complete the following form which is to be included with your return shipment. Download the Return Form Here If you are unable to download or print the return form simply give us a call and we can complete the form on your behalf.
- Please take the same care in packaging your product(s) as we did when sending your original shipment. Knives in particular, if not prepackaged, need to be protected using bubble wrap, several layers of newspaper, or cardboard sleeves. If you have any questions regarding safe packaging practices please let us know, we will be more than happy to provide assistance.
