Comment: Extremely (scary) sharp. For processing larger pelagics it is the bees knees. It does not do very well on heavily scaled fish, and it does not function like a traditional filet knife. You will need to change the style it which you clean fish, there is no flex in the blade so angles must be more precise. After the learning curve, and for pelagics, you will be very happy. Also, the handle is in need of a redesign. Very easy to cut yourself on the heel of the blade when picking up the knife. You get used to it, but not without a bloody lesson or two.

Comment: Best fillet knife I've ever purchased, it is so sharp it's scary. Great for filleting pelagic species, so far I've tested it on yellowtail and it works amazing.
