Comment: i bought these same two knives 20 years ago when i was running a restaurant. they are delicate workhorses.
alas, the 7" succombed several years ago to wear and tear but the smaller utility lingers on.
they are the most responsive tools i have ever used in cooking. thanks for offering them. ann porotti |

Comment: Light. Cuts a tomato skin smoothly. Because of its relatively smaller size it may be especially suitable for people with smaller hands. I gave it to my daughter who considers to become a chef one day. |

Comment: Service was fast, the knofe is great. We were stationed in Japan in the 1970's and got a Masahiro knife there, and it is still great, but we wanted another. This might be better quality than the first. Could use a translation of the instructions that came in the box. Great knife, reasonable price, excellent service. |
