Comment: I like this knife. Good edge and good shape with plenty of board clearance for my fat fingers. It's become my 'go to' knife and has taken over from my 9" chef's knife.
The Granton edge doesn't seem effective - stuff still sticks to the knife. The Granton edge must drive up the cost of the knife, so I've knocked off one star. |

Comment: This the third of this particular knife that I have purchased. (first time from you) My new knife is not as sharp as I remember the previous ones being. I wonder if Forschner has changed something. |
