Comment: I have two cutting boards and this knife is perfect for keeping a very sharp utility knife away from my larger knives at the second table.
My daughter asked if you could recommend a Chinese cleaver. She does not sharpen her knives however and usually brings me a small box to bring back an edge.

Comment: Excellent all round knives, Well design for look and preformance.
Well balance, very solid build quality. Can take a decent edge after sharpening and holds much better then tridents. Their signature scallope edge is by far more functional than any other scallop edge knife that I have ever used, not just for looks.
Matches the preformance of carbon steel knives but as easy to mantain as stainless. however still lacks the solid crisp feel of carbon steel or folded steel like kasumi. |
