| Comment: i was a little optomitic about this knife because of its blade to handle ration... im used to having an evenly balanced knife... but with the extra blade weight it helps u to muscle through all the hard vegetables like butternut squash and carrots.... its easy to keep sharp.. as long as its sharpened properly |
