Comment: I especially like to use this knife for butchering venison, but I also use it a lot in the kitchen. Very good boning knife. Holds an edge, easy to sharpen, and a comfortable easy-grip handle. Consider the 6" straight boning too. The back of the blade of Granton knives have a rounded profile which makes them are easy on the hand when pushing hard with both hands. |
