| Comment: I had mistakingly ordered the 12"Roast Beef Slicer, when in fact it was the 10" that I needed as a gift for my son. Happily the exchange was made & within days I received the replacement in time for me to give it to my son for Christmas. HE WAS THRILLED, now his set of F. Dick knives was complete! And I was relieved that my mistake was handled by "Knife Merchant" w/speed & professionalism! Kudos to Knife Merchant's customer service & of course the products they represent! |
