The 180mm (7 in) Ume Kama-Usuba is a one sided, hand forged, pure carbon vegetable knife. The kamagata usuba is used as a vegetable knife. Lighter than a traditional usuba and with a sharp point, the kama-usuba shape is more popular in Japan than the traditional usuba.
