Thermohauser 2 in. natural pastry brush is heat resistant up to 248 F.
These long bristle brushes provide a more gentle touch. So, if you are brushing proofed breads with egg wash, these will not knock the dough down. If you have set fresh cut fruit on a tart and want to glaze it, these are the best choice to not displace the fruit. Basically good for everything except basting meats right on a broiler. For that purpose, choose polyester over natural bristles.
