Victorinox New Haven Style, curved tip Oyster Knife

This 2-3/4 inch blade is particularly useful for oysters where the top half of the shell is smaller than the bottom. These can be difficult to pry at the hinge as you would other oysters. The curved tip allows you to catch the lip of the top shell and leverage against the bottom for easy, clean opening of the oyster.
