The Dexter Traditional 8 in. Cooks Knife is a reliable workhorse that is built to handle rigorous daily use. The high-carbon stainless DEXSTEEL Blade is tough, resilient and can be easily honed to a razor-sharp edge. The blade has a nice camber that allows a comfortable rocking motion which is particularly well suited for Western cuisine. The natural wood handle is affixed with brass compression rivets; this is a classic design that looks great and is comfortable in the hand.
