Use this dough cutter to save time when cutting pastry or pasta dough. All Ateco multi-wheel cutters feature a locking device to insure even cuts and uniform portions. To use, unscrew wing nut and adjust outer rods until the wheels are at the desired spacing. Then tighten wing nut. Opens to 4.9 inches between wheels. Made of stainless steel. Made in Korea.
