& Forschner For small tools zesters, channel knives, etc., Forschner makes a product that works really well. The latest rage (well worth all the attention) is the Shun line. They are balanced with a good rocking angle and razor sharp. Best Buys: Lamson Sharp Cutlery, an American company. They make a fine forged knife and their rosewood handles are the best wood handles made. Best Forged Slicers:
