We almost always
ship by Priority Mail (delivery in 2 to 3 days, anywhere in the
U.S.). There are two exceptions to this.
When we do “Drop Shipments” that comes to you directly
from the manufacturer’s warehouse, they are sent either UPS Ground.
For instock items, we use UPS Ground when your package is over
3 pounds.
Signature will be required
for the following:
- All Businesses
- Residential addresses with an Apartment number or
Suite number
- Orders over $250!
We
suggest you have your order sent to an address that will have
someone there to sign for it if you will not be home. If you choose to
"Waive the
signature" you can do so by adding a note to your order within the
Shipping & Payment Options on the area labeled "Special
Instructions" (does not apply to businesses). And our responsibility will end with
delivery confirmation to your address.

Hawaii
and Alaska weighing over 3 lbs will incur actual shipping costs.
USPS
Express Mail: (Before 2 pm Pacific Standard Time)
Usually next day, 2 days to some locations. To confirm next day delivery, call US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811 (press 1 for English). You will get a recording, to speak to a clerk press 0 and keep pressing 0 until the recording agrees to transfer you to a live person. The US Postal Service can check the delivery time by entering zip codes: yours and ours 92126. Rate may increase if over 5 pounds. We will email the charge if it is above the standard rate.
UPS Next Day,
2nd Day, 3rd Day: (Before 4 pm Pacific Standard Time)
YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACTUAL SHIPPING. Extra charges will apply for Saturday
delivery if your order is placed on Fridays.
They are almost always more expensive. Usually means next day, 2 days to some locations. To confirm next day call
UPS 1-800-742-5877. At the recording press 0. The operator will be able to confirm time of shipment using your zip code and ours (92126). There
is a lot of variance in UPS prices depending on weight and location.
International
Rates:

Mail International:
(Delivery depends on destination & customs)
We
only ship via Priority Mail International. Other carriers
charge un-necessarily high brokerage fees. (In the case of UPS it’s
$50).
For insurance/reimbursement purposes we will add a minimal cost
of goods to the label. Customs officials use our figure to
calculate their import duty charges and that is determined at the
destination address.
You are responsible for any duties or tax charges that may be
levied on your order. Please do not ask us to falsify the custom
forms.
Please allow
up to a 6 to 10 days for delivery and customs delays. You
will get a tracking number via your email if supplied. Check with your
local post office for delivery information with this information.
For shipments outside the US, add an additional $20.00 to the domestic rates.
These rates are approximate and apply to most packages weighing under 2
lbs.
Should additional shipping charges be required, we will try to call you or email you with the actual
shipping charges before billing your credit card. If you are
unreachable, we will ship out your order and charge you the extra
charges. For larger packages you

Tracking
When ordering, please supply us your email address and we will add it to the Email Notification so you may track your item.
FYI: We do not give out our customers email addresses for any other reasons other than for tracking purposes or contacting you.
Returns
Sometimes
when a product is delivered it is not what you had in mind when you
ordered it. Please call us as soon as possible, so we can get the
correct product rolling. We
ask that returns be in new “mint” condition in its original
package.
