We ship via USPS Priority Mail (delivery in 2 to 3 days, anywhere in the Continental U.S.) for packages under 4 lbs. 

Heavier items are sent via FedEx  (delivery in 5 to 7 days, anywhere in the Continental U.S.).

Signature will be required for the following destinations:

• All Businesses
• Residential addresses with an Apartment number or Suite number
• Orders over $250!

If your order meets these signature requirement criteria, we suggest you have your order sent to an address that will have someone there to sign it for you. Please specify if you wish to have the signature waived in the "Special Instructions" area on the checkout screen. If you choose to waive signature, our responsibility will end with delivery confirmation. 

Domestic Rates: 

Actual shipping charges applies for all cities outside the continental US. This applies to Guam, Puerto Rico (non-US territories), Virgin Islands, Samoa, etc...

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Territories:
Shipments to these destinations require USPS Priority (3 to 7 Days) Delivery. 

Extra heavy items may be subject to an extra charge.

Hawaii and Alaska weighing over 3 lbs will incur actual shipping costs.

USPS Express Mail: (Before 2 pm Pacific Standard Time)
Usually next day, 2 days to some locations. To confirm next day delivery, call US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811 (press 1 for English). You will get a recording, to speak to a clerk press 0 and keep pressing 0 until the recording agrees to transfer you to a live person. The US Postal Service can check the delivery time by entering zip codes: yours and ours 92126. Rate may increase if over 5 pounds. We will email the charge if it is above the standard rate.

FedEx Next Day Air Saver: (Before 4 pm Pacific Standard Time)
YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACTUAL SHIPPING. If you're requesting Next Day Delivery, please be aware that extra charges will apply for Saturday delivery. 

International Rates:

Priority Mail International: (Delivery depends on destination & customs)
We only ship via Priority Mail International. Other carriers charge un-necessarily high brokerage fees. 

You are responsible for any duties or tax charges that may be levied on your order.  Please do not ask us to falsify the custom forms.

Please allow 6 to 10 days for delivery and customs delays. You will receive a tracking number via email, if supplied. Check with your local post office for delivery information.

For shipments outside the US, we add an additional $20.00 to the domestic rate. This is sufficient to cover most packages weighing under 2 lbs. Should additional shipping charges be required, we will try to call you or email you with the actual shipping charges. If we're unable to contact you, we will be unable to ship your order. Tracking
When ordering, please supply us your email address and we will add it to the Email Notification so you may track your item.

FYI: We use customers e-mail addresses only for the purposes of contacting you with shipment information, order verification, or to alert you of special offerings. We respect your privacy, and will never disclose your information to any other party.   

Returns
Sometimes when a product is delivered it is not what you had in mind when you ordered it. Cutlery in particular, is a matter of "feel" and for this reason, we are very lenient with returns. If you are unhappy with your product, please call us as soon as possible 800-714-8226. We will do what it takes to make you a satisfied customer. Returns must be in new condition, as we cannot resell used products. 

Drop Shipments
In order to offer you the best possible pricing, some heavy items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. This is mostly done with cutting boards. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately, and supply you with a tracking number as soon as the manufacturer ships.

Sales Tax
If products are shipped within the state of California, sales tax will apply. For all other destinations we do not collect sales tax.
