We take great pride in carrying the best products on the market today, yet sometimes when a product is delivered, it is not what you had in mind when you ordered it. Cutlery, in particular, is a matter of "feel" and for this reason we are very lenient with returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your unused items for an exchange, merchandise credit or a refund. We will do what it takes to make you a satisfied customer.
Please note, if there are no product defects or errors and you simply do not want the item that you ordered, then the amount Knife Merchant spent shipping your item(s) will not be refunded.
Items marked as a closeout sale or clearance are non-returnable, however all warranties will be honored.
Within 90 days from the date of purchase, you can return any unused items with their original packaging. After 90 days, you may return your unused items for merchandise credit.
How to Process a Return with KnifeMerchant.com:
- In order to return product(s), you will need an RMA. Please contact us. You can either contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (800)714-8226 for a RMA.
- After you receive the RMA number from one of our customer service representatives, please download and fill out the following form. Download the Return Form Here
- Please take the same care in packaging your product(s) as we did when we shipped it to you. Knives in particular, if not prepackaged, please use bubble wrap, several layers of newspaper, or cardboard sleeves.
- When sending your merchandise, please use a method with tracking information. We are not responsible for packages without tracking information. Include the completed return form in the package, and ship the product(s) you are returning to the following address:
