Return Policy

We take great pride in carrying the best products on the market today. Yet sometimes when a product is delivered, it is not what you had in mind when you ordered it. Cutlery, in particular, is a matter of "feel" and for this reason, we are very lenient with returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your items for an exchange, merchandise credit or a refund. We will do what it takes to make you a satisfied customer.

1. Within 90 days from the date of purchase, you can return any unused items with their original packaging to:

You will be refunded in the same method as the original payment.

2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. When sending your merchandise back to us or an exchange or refund, please use a method with tracking information. We are not responsible for packages without tracking information.

4. After 90 days, you may return your items for merchandise credit.
