The functional design is Demeyere's commercial line, designed for restaurants with stock pots up to 50 liters. They have durable 'stay cool' handles and Inductoseal® heating pads. The Atlantis surface has been treated electrochemically with the unique Silvinox® surface treatment. The treatment avoids the deterioration (dulling, tarnishing) associated with other untreated stainless steel and is more attractive to look at. In addition, it is much easier to clean.
