KYOTOP Damascus Series

Kyocera's Premium line of ceramic cutlery. The KYOTOP Hot-Isostatic Pressed (HIP) blades are fired a second time in a sealed vacuum at a higher tremperature, creating the most durable cutting edge.

Cleaning & Use: Hand-wash and dry with kitchen towel. Use packaging, a protective sheath or knife tray/block for storage.

Recommendations:

• Use for everyday slicing of boneless meats, fruits and vegetables.
• Use with a wood or plastic cutting board.
