ASIAN PRECISION

Asian Precision is Messermeister's stamped cutlery line that is formed from a single blank of fine Japanese steel. Asian Precision knives have a durable, contoured, traditional-style handle that is triple-riveted to a full tang. Made in Seki, Japan, the ancient historical city recognized globally for it's sword and knife making. 

Made of high-carbon, no-stain, molybdenum, vanadium 440A steel with a 3 rivet PakkaWood handle. The edge on each one of these knives is extremely sharp, consistent in the Japanese tradition of cutlery. The Rockwell hardness of the Asian Precision Series is 57-58. This is slightly harder than Messermeister German cutlery, staying with Japanese cutlery tradition.
