If you're taking Chef Weir's Basic Skills Class, you will need one of the following knife kits:
AHBasicSet – The most basic set, includes all Mercer Millennia knives.
AHupgrd1 – Similar to AHBasicSet, includes all Mercer Millennia knives, except the 10 inch Chef Knife is upgraded to a Mercer Genesis knife.
AHupgrd2 – All of the knives, except for the Bird’s Beak Peeler, are upgraded to Mercer Genesis. Also, the honing steel is upgraded to a Mercer Steel.
AHPremium – All of the knives are upgraded to Messermeister Meridian Elite knives, except the Bird’s Beak Peeler, which is upgraded to a Mercer Renaissance. The honing steel is upgraded to a F Dick Steel.

If you're taking Chef Weir's Pastry Class, you will need one of the following kits:
AHpastrykit – The required kit for this class.
AH-PastryAddOn - Only purchase this kit if you have previously completed the Basic Skills class.

If you're taking Chef Weir's Pastry AND Basic Skills Class, you will need the following kits:
AHBasicSet+Pastry – Set includes the AHBasic set (described above) and the AHpastrykit.
AHupgrd1+Pastry - Set includes the AHupgrd1 set (described above) and the AHpastrykit.
AHupgrd2+Pastry - Set includes the AHupgrd2 set (described above) and the AHpastrykit.
AHPremium+Pastry - Set includes the AHPremium set (described above) and the AHpastrykit.
