JewelStik 10 in. x 1/2 in. 3-sided Diamond Steel
The perfect size for a knife bag with a narrower handle, 10 inch length and 1/2 inch width.
This 3-sided Diamond Knife Sharpener provides a nice alternative method to sharpen your knives. If you're already comfortable with honing your knives at the correct angle, then you will be successful using this steel to put an edge on. Each of the three sides has a different grit, coarse, medium and fine. Fits into most knife blocks. We also offer a larger (3/4 in. x 12 in.) model if you're able to store the sharpener in a drawer. This process gives you a razor sharp edge in minutes. I like to use a fine steel or ceramic rod after a diamond sharpener to add a little polish to the finished edge.

| JewelStik 12 in. x 3/4 in. 3-sided Diamond Steel
Our longest and widest 3 way diamond sharpener. Large handle does not fit well into a knife bag. So we recommend this for use where traveling with the rod is not an issue
Provides a nice alternative method to sharpen your knives. If you're already comfortable with honing your knives at the correct angle, then you will be successful using this steel to put an edge on. Each of the three sides has a different grit, coarse, medium and fine. This professional model features a wide surface area, long length and a large hand guard.
All you need to do is start on the COARSE side for a few strokes. Then move on to the MEDIUM side and then finish on the FINE side. This process gives you a razor sharp edge in minutes. We recommend using a fine steel or ceramic rod as a final touch to put a little more polish on the finished edge.
