| Comment: The knife is sharp enough for shaving and immediately became my preferred salad knife. It keeps its shape after a good amount of work. The only disappointment I found is with the dimples that don't work so well. Tomato and cucumber slices remained sticked to the knife when I thought they would fall off cleanly.
However, considering its lightness, comfortable handle and fine blade, it would have been a fine purchase at twice its price... |
