Comment: Although I have a slight case of OCD, I have nothing but positive to post for this particular knife. My Gyutou shipped quickly, arrived very sharp, and I feel more confident now with knife cuts, fish and meat butchering, and overall having a quality chefs knife.

Comment: Blade is very sharp out of the box. Handle a little square and spine a little sharp, both easily fixable. Great knife at a great price point.
