Comment: I find this knife to be an excellent "go to" knife for most kitchen jobs, including cutting up a chicken as if it were butter. I saw it rated on America's Test Kitchen and they use it on almost every show, which speaks for itself. The knife is inexpensive and a hard worker.

Comment: I love this chef's knife. Very sharp especially if you use the sharpening steel to keep it in shape. Slices through the outer layer of any melon like it was butter. I have to keep my sister way from this knife because she's been known to try to (accidentally) cut off a thumb in the past. She'd be in big trouble with this one.

Comment: Knife was advertised as extremely sharp and it lived up to the hype. I have two scarred knuckles to attest to that. Excellent tool and a "must have" in any kitchen.

Comment: Great knife to have for all the prep work in cooking. Haven't tried it yet for cutting up a chicken but I think it'll handle that job well too.
