The Shun Fish Tweezers at 5-1/2 inches in length are larger than most brands. The pincers are set at a steep offest and the finger rails are wide. I find this design to be very efficient and easy to use. They open wide and grip about three salmon bones at a time. Dishwasher safe surgical grade stainless steel.
