Diamond Combination Angle Draw Sharpener

This is a nice little draw sharpener designed for either German/American or Japanese knives. The edges of these two types of knives are set at differend angles, and this sharpener allows you to do both.
One side is marked "santoku". This is for your Japanese knives and is set to a 17 degree angle.
Slide the little plastic piece over to the side that reads "standard" and use this for your German or American knives which are set to a 22 degree angle.
There is a coarse and fine setting for each knife type. If your knives are unusually dull, go ahead and use the coarse the fine settings. After the initial use, you should be able to keep your knives in peak condition by just using the fine setting.
